Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of coconut milk

  • Leya’s Cultured Life Plain

  • 400-500 g frozen forest fruit/berries

  • 3 table spoons of chia

 

Preparation:

  1. Refrigerate the coconut milk overnight

  2. The thick part that is like cream will separate on the top

  3. Blend this cream with Leya's Cultured Life Plain

  4. Divide into cups

  5. Heat the berries in a pan to warm them through

  6. Add chia, mix well and set aside to swell and cool

  7. Spread the fruit mix over the cream (the fruit should not be warm or hot)

  8. Garnish with an orange or other fruit of your choice
